Emily J Braun, MS, CCC-SLP

I am a speech-language pathologist and doctoral candidate in the Aphasia Research Laboratory at Boston University working under the direction of Dr. Swathi Kiran. My work is focused on a) characterizing language recovery in post-stroke aphasia from both behavioral and neural standpoints and b) investigating individual- and treatment-level factors that influence aphasia treatment response.  These research interests are aimed toward improving design of interventions to maximize communication outcomes for individuals with aphasia.
